Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic High Ticket Subscription Closer to join our Generative AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the High Ticket Closing, Startup Fundraising, AI or Analytics, SaaS industry, particularly with startups or scaleups, and possess a deep understanding of transformational selling. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales, manage inbound and outbound leads, and has a proven track record of fast-selling products or services. Experience in high ticket closing in media subscriptions is a plus. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base within the AI community.
• Lead Management:
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on inbound and outbound leads.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion.
• Market Understanding:
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the AI market, including trends, key players, and emerging technologies.
• AI Fundraising, Why VCs invest in AI, Business functions and Industries changed by AI
• Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
• Account Management

Compensation



As a start-up, we run a performance-based business. This is a start-up closer position, meaning compensation is 100% high commission and bonuses based on performance. Solution packages range from $100K to $1M+, with a 10% commission.

Performance-Based Incentives:

• Promotion Bonuses: Eligible for promotion bonuses based on sales performance (metrics provided on Day 1).
• Cash Bonuses: Additional cash bonuses for completed discovery calls and strategy calls (metrics provided on Day 1).
• Stock Grants: Stock grants awarded based on sales performance, with a vesting period (metrics provided on Day 1).

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• LinkedIn Engagement: Active on LinkedIn with demonstrated prospecting skills.
• Sales Experience: 3+ years in sales, with a focus on fundraising and/or high-ticket subscriptions.
• Proven Closer: Track record of success in high-ticket subscription sales, with a strong understanding of the AI market.
• Lead Management: Experienced in handling both inbound and outbound leads, with the ability to close deals swiftly.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional skills in building relationships and negotiating.
• Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a capacity to leverage data in decision-making and strategy.
• Proficient in Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other essential sales tools.
