For our offices in Tel-Aviv we are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support in overseeing the organization’s projects, products, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will closely monitor and improve progress, timelines, and budgets across various efforts, ensuring that all activities align with the company’s strategic and operational objectives. This role is essential for maintaining transparency, efficiency, and alignment throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Oversight: Assist in monitoring and improving the progress, timelines, and budgets of a portfolio of projects, products, and initiatives to ensure they are on track and aligned with the company’s goals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, resource allocation, and risk management across all activities.
- Progress Tracking: Regularly review and report on performance metrics, including key milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all projects, products, and initiatives using dashboards and BI tools.
- Meeting Facilitation and Follow-Up: Organize and support key meetings; document discussions, decisions, and action items, and monitor the progress and response to these action items and decisions to ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Tradeoff and Impact Analysis: Conduct tradeoff analysis to assess alternatives, prioritize tasks, and recommend solutions to optimize resources and outcomes.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation; identify and recommend improvements in management processes and tools.
- Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and summaries to the COO and other senior leaders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Circa 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role or similar project management position, ideally within a product company.
- Project and Product Monitoring Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practices, particularly in progress tracking, timeline management, and budget oversight.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in various project management software/BI tools (such as Monday.com), dashboards, MS-Office, etc.
- Organizational and Analytical Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and strong analytical skills, including experience in conducting tradeoff analysis and balancing multiple priorities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Native-level English fluency.
