SAP FICO Team Lead

Job Summary

The SAP FICO Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, as well as the ORACLE Finance module. This role ensures the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP FICO and ORACLE Finance solutions. It requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP FICO team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO and ORACLE Finance solutions.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the SAP and ORACLE systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO and ORACLE Finance solutions.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO and ORACLE Finance developments and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
