Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution across all marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone with a startup background who can develop and implement successful marketing campaigns, manage online ads, and leverage partnerships to drive user acquisition.

You will be responsible for building and executing initiatives that position Promeet as the go-to tool for professionals and creators. This includes managing digital marketing efforts, driving influencer collaborations, and optimizing growth strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract new hosts and users.
• Online Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
• Campaign Management: Plan and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on ROI.
• Influencer and Partnership Collaborations: Build relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in startups.
• Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in online marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
• Strong experience with influencer marketing and managing collaborations.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies.
• Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Based in Israel, with an understanding of both local and global markets.
