Senior Field Service Engineer

As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

• Provide technical support and maintenance to the production lines and production sites.
• Support production issues, customer complaint, proof Of Design activities for HW, SW and process updates.
• Responsibilities include support for solving technical issues for improving production processes in-house, at BWI worldwide, affiliates and for subcontractors, reviewing and evaluating production yield. 
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Guide and instruct junior field service engineers.
• Point of Contact and management of external manufacturers.
• On-site support and training.
• Manage the Spare parts for Testers and Calibration systems.

Traveling: expected traveling once a quarter (up to 4 times a year).

Qualifications - External

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 5 years' experience)/ Practical Electronic Engineer (Minimum 10 years' experience).
• Debug capabilities- 10 years' experience.
• Manufacturing support.
• Basic software knowledge.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary company.
• Experience in a medical device company - an advantage.
