Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager at IMA ISRAEL in Petah Tikva. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing medical assistance services for Israeli travelers, including medical escort solutions, repatriation, and ongoing medical supervision. The role involves daily interactions with healthcare providers, travel agencies, and clients to ensure seamless and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in case management or healthcare coordination
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, or related field are an advantage
