Appcharge is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our family and play a key role in ensuring our product’s quality and reliability. In your day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with teams across R&D to design comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and support the identification and documentation of issues. You’ll champion best practices in quality assurance, helping ensure our product consistently meets high standards.

• Design, implement, and optimize test plans for new and existing features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test case documentation.
• Cross platform manual testing: Web, Android, iOS.
• Perform manual exploratory and regression testing.
• Investigate and analyze production issues, utilizing logs to trace and resolve critical problems.
• Work within cross-functional teams, closely partnering with developers and product managers to support smooth integrations.
• Investigate and analyze production issues in real-time, including monitoring customer-reported issues.

• 3+ years of experience in web and mobile app testing, especially on Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with server testing tools.
• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Ability to interpret logs and identify essential information.
• Experience with test documentation and planning, including creating and maintaining STDs and STPs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in gaming testing and an understanding of the gaming industry are a plus.
