About Clockwork Fund Administration:

Clockwork is a fast-growing boutique fund administration provider dedicated to supporting venture capital, private equity firms and family offices in managing their back-office needs. As part of our team, you'll play a role in building relationships and expanding Clockwork’s footprint within the industry with a focus on the US.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven student to join our client outreach team. This role will focus on supporting business development efforts through targeted outreach and engagement activities, helping connect with potential clients and establish a stronger market presence. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the venture capital ecosystem, learn the business from the ground up, develop valuable sales and marketing skills, and contribute to accelerating Clockwork’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and maintain targeted lead lists, conduct outreach to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and manage follow-up communication.
• Data Management: Track and organize outreach activities and results in a database/CRM.
• Content & Branding Support: Collaborate with the team to create and schedule regular industry-related posts on social media to enhance Clockwork’s brand recognition and thought leadership.
• Market Research: Assist in market research as needed.

Qualifications:

• English mother tongue with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn especially) and an interest in content marketing.
• Creative and knows way around the internet and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
• Detail-oriented, organized, good at taking instruction while at the same time able to work independently.
• Previous internship experience at a VC or investment bank an advantage.
