Job Summary

Laguna Health is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Product Specialist (Nurse) to join our team as a Medical Content Validator and QA Specialist. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of AI-generated medical summaries and contextual insights extracted from various sources, including healthcare conversations, audio transcripts, and medical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate AI-generated summaries and perform QA on medical and contextual content from healthcare conversations, transcriptions, and documents.
• Ensure proper use of medical terminology in transcriptions and documentation, maintaining consistency with US healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with the product and AI teams, providing clinical feedback to improve our AI models.

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Registered Nurse (RN), or equivalent healthcare qualification with a strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care.
• High proficiency in English with a deep understanding of medical language, nuances, and documentation.
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system and practices is highly desirable.
• Experience working with medical documentation and transcription is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new technologies, and take initiative.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Office Suite, spreadsheets, and similar applications.
• Experience working with AI tools, including large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

Work Environment:

• Primarily on-site, with one remote day per week (additional flexibility possible, but office presence preferred).
• Full-time, with part-time options considered.
• Fast-paced startup environment, requiring flexibility and the ability to meet tight deadlines during high-demand periods.
