Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded company

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations and reporting for the company
• Ensure compliance with stock exchange regulations and local (Israeli) laws
• Capital raising efforts for the company and its portfolio companies, in collaboration with the CEO
• Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth
• Prepare and manage annual budgets aligned with company plans for growth and expansion
• Establish and oversee business models for portfolio companies
• Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure appropriate cash flow for operations
• Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participate in strategic decisions related to operational models and initiatives
• Review and ensure appropriate internal controls and financial procedures
• Engage with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as CFO in public companies
• Proven track record in capital raising from VC or PE outside Israel
• Willingness to work from the office at least 4 days per week
• Experience working in a global environment
• Familiarity with Israeli Innovation Authority grants - advantage
• Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms for annual financial audits
• CPA Education
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability and willingness to be hands-on
