Job Description

CyberArk is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations Intern to support the Legal Operations Manager in enhancing departmental efficiency. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations, where you’ll actively contribute to strategic initiatives, implement cutting-edge technology solutions, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal technology initiatives, by maintaining and improving existing legal technologies and help identify and implement new solutions to streamline legal processes
• Assist in developing and implementing standardized global processes, including creating process maps and documenting procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Help organize and manage data analytics to maintain accuracy and accessibility, and track yearly goals and metrics in line with the legal department's long-term strategy
• Conduct research and stay informed on legal technology trends and emerging market solutions to enhance department operations
• Collaborate with various members of the legal team as well as cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, and Sales) to improve processes and support projects.
  
  

• University or college student (LLB an advantage)
• English level – Fluent speaking, reading and writing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy, with a comfort level in using business applications and learning new software tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
