We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team, where you'll be responsible for developing and establishing our documentation processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in knowledge base management, technical writing (SDK, API, release note, dev documentation), UX writing, and a deep understanding of applying generative AI tools to scale documentation creation processes.

You will play a crucial role in structuring and writing product documentation for both internal and external (client-facing) knowledge centers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and value across all assets presented to WSC Sports users. We're particularly looking for someone passionate about generative AI, who actively integrates AI tools to enhance and streamline the documentation process.

You’ll be a member of the Product department and serve as a key link between product managers, R&D, account managers, product marketing managers, and support teams to generate the most up-to-date and relevant documentation.

What you’ll do:

• Construct, manage, and write WSC Sports’ external knowledge center, making complex technical information accessible to a broad user audience.
• Construct and own WSC Sports’ internal knowledge center to streamline internal knowledge among various teams.
• Apply generative AI tools to extract and convert internal knowledge into external-facing documentation.
• Create guidelines and best practices for the company documentation process with the help of generative AI tools.
• Structure, template, and organize internal documentation to streamline knowledge sharing.
• Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation for APIs, SDKs, and other technical products.
• Craft clear and user-friendly UX writing to enhance the product experience.
  
  

• Native English speaker
• An intrapreneur capable of initiating, managing and owning projects from top to bottom.
• Strong knowledge of UX writing principles and practices.
• Ability to organize and template internal documentation efficiently.
• Familiarity, passion, and a believer in generative AI tools, with a focus on integrating these tools into the documentation workflow.
• Excellent attention to detail, structure, and clarity in written work.
• Proven experience in technical writing (SDK, API) and product “Know-How” documents.
