Cyber Center Specialist - Part Time

As a Cyber Center Specialist, your role will focus on coordinating tours, specifically conducting tours for students, and implementing phase 2 of the cyber center's operations. You will be responsible for managing the full execution of all cyber center operations, ensuring a smooth and inspiring tour. Additionally, you will have responsibilities related to supporting our internal donation committee.

Key Responsibilities

• Tour Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule tours of the cyber center, specifically for students and educational institutions.
• Develop tour itineraries and presentations that effectively communicate the importance of cybersecurity and the role of the cyber center.
• Conduct engaging and informative tours, providing insights into the cyber center's operations, technologies, and security practices.
• Full Execution of Operations:
• A-Z responsible for the cyber center
• Conduct monthly Gantt for visitors including content, guidance, internal interfaces, survey, and more.
• Fast response to those who register for the tour at our cyber center – Schedule a tour and special content for them
• Guide at least 4 tour per week
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Coordinate with internal teams, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of cyber center operations.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other visitors during tours, explaining technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding the progress, achievements, and challenges of the cyber center's operations.
• Internal Donation Committee Support:
• Support an internal donation committee by assisting in managing and coordinating donation efforts within the organization.
• Collaborate with committee members to build a clear process.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the internal donation committee and external donors or recipients.
• Maintain records and documentation related to donations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  
  

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Experience in coordinating tours, preferably in an educational or technical environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current cyber threats and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity field- A plus
