Head of AI

We are looking for a Head of AI to lead our AI group in developing AI-driven insights and chat applications using Generative AI, along with conducting machine learning research. In this role, you’ll manage a team of AI experts and Software Engineers, working on projects that bring real value to our business. We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise in AI, experience leading teams, and a solid background in machine learning research. This position offers the chance to drive impactful AI initiatives in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement a flagship product based on Generative AI
• Lead and guide a team of AI, Machine Learning experts and Software Engineers
• Develop and manage the company's long-term AI strategy
• Oversee AI research and development projects
• Make data-driven technical decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate AI solutions into company products
• Present results and insights to senior management and investors
  
  

• Strong background in Data Science -Must
• Several years of experience in managing AI projects and/or teams – Must
• Experience working with Generative AI
• Hands-On capability: Deep understanding of technical details and ability to make informed decisions
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong management skills, including effective time management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to investors and senior management
• Familiarity with the Fintech or Banking industry - Advantage
