This role is a fantastic opportunity for motivated juniors to gain hands-on experience in the cyber tech industry. You'll benefit from ongoing learning and development while working closely with various tech tools, project management practices, and software development methodologies. You will play a key role in executing product roadmaps and managing release processes, helping to ensure timely and coordinated project delivery.

What You Will Do?

• Project Coordination: Support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress, working to ensure timely, within-scope, and quality-focused project completion.
• Communication: Act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication across the board.
• Documentation: Prepare essential project documents, reports, dashboards, and presentations. Maintain accurate project databases and records.
• Problem-Solving: Identify, track, and report project risks and issues, working closely with teams to develop solutions to potential bottlenecks.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with up to nine different squads and multiple product managers to ensure alignment and progress across all projects.
• Reporting: Report directly to the PMO (Project Management Office), keeping them updated on project status and key metrics.
• Meeting Management: Organize and lead meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Data Analysis: Define and collect data, monitor KPIs for the development department, and participate in retrospective reviews.
  
  

• Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like JIRA and MS Project.
• Technical Foundation: Understanding of fundamental software development concepts, including SDLC and methodologies like SAFe and Scrum.
