Real Estate Appraiser

A Leading infrastructure company is looking for a Real Estate Appraiser for estate management.

Description:

• Information management: updating claims, expropriations, and management software; Managing consultant databases.
• Expropriations and acquisitions: control over procedures, handling problems, and management for committees.
• Payments: Prepare payment and compensation files, calculations, and track accounts.
• Supplier management: managing service suppliers and checking monthly accounts.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the commercial/real estate/infrastructure field.
• 2-3 years experience in the management of expropriations/moles.
• At least one year of experience with public bodies.
• Knowledge of GIS/Autocad/SAP is an advantage.
• An advantage for an additional degree or registration in the register of real estate appraisers.
