About the role:

An opportunity to manage and lead a team of approximately 20 employees in the development, establishment, and maintenance of application infrastructures and databases (Oracle, MS-SQL).

• Responsible for designing and implementing solutions to meet organizational needs, including monitoring, maintenance, administration, and ongoing operation of all systems and services.

• Oversee maintenance and development of distributed systems.

• Coordinate with solution providers and counterpart organizations locally and internationally.

• Provide support with 24/7 interface and availability.

• Establish systems according to various projects, manage projects, troubleshoot issues, research, and apply automation techniques to the infrastructure environment; ensure and enhance system availability, durability, infrastructure performance, and information security.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of managerial experience, including team leader management.

• In-depth knowledge of development infrastructures, databases, operating systems, and communications.

• Proven experience in managing and maintaining advanced and traditional production systems on a 24/7 basis.

• Ability and experience in leading development projects within infrastructure environments.

• Broad perspective and capability in architectural planning and characterization of business requirements.

• Experience in operating 24/7 availability environments.

• Familiarity with regulatory standards, with emphasis on information security aspects.

• Strong interpersonal skills, experience working with clients in a large organization, and a high level of business understanding.

• High proficiency in English.
