Role Description

The operation manager will play a key role in managing various ongoing projects, optimizing our internal processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of MAF, working closely with the CEO to ensure projects align with our long-term mission.
• Ensure the execution of multiple projects, from community events to leadership programs.
• Be the tech-savvy person in the organization, handling various platforms to optimize operations.
• Manage and monitor data collection before, during, and after projects, ensuring effectiveness and impact.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, including LinkedIn posts, yearly reports, and newsletters to donors.
• Assist in events organization, ensuring a smooth experience for participants.
• Support grant writing and fundraising efforts, helping secure funding for various initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in an operations or project management role, ideally within a small and flexible organization.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using technology, including Canva, Wix, and Monday, with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Alignment with the organization's vision and passion for women's empowerment – an advantage
• Experience with startups or the foodtech sector - an advantage
• Experience in fundraising - an advantage

Hybrid - Work from home with travel across the country

Employment Type

60-80% (independent contractor)
