bout the Opportunity: We are looking for a talented, independent, and sales-driven Sales Manager who will lead the company's entry into a new area in central Israel. The candidate will build a new client base for a prestigious and new ROOMS complex and manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to deal closure.

Responsibilities:

• Build a client base in a new area.
• Conduct market research in the region and identify competitors to create a competitive advantage.
• Fully manage the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers in potential companies.
• Lead customer tours at the complex, demonstrating the value and benefits of ROOMS.
• Manage commercial and legal negotiations, ensuring successful deal closures.
• Build and maintain a network of brokers to support sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure success and growth in sales.

Requirements:

• At least three years of sales experience.
• Experience in face-to-face sales.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Advantage: Experience in selling co-working spaces or real estate.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients and colleagues.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A proven track record of achieving sales goals and growth in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and internal motivation to meet targets.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the complex.
