Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage product strategy aligned with the company goals
- Guide and lead a team of product managers
- Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales
- Oversee product development processes from concept to launch
- Set product goals and success metrics
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ landscape
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with an emphasis on enterprise software
- 7-10 years of experience with Priority System or another leading ERP software system - an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with product integrations, APIs, and various data communication protocols - an Advantage
- Strategic thinking and developed business acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data analysis and decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of software development technologies and methodologies
- Familiarity with product management tools and agile practices
- High level of English proficiency
- Full-time position at Priority HQ, Rosh Ha’Ayin (4 days at the office).
