Senior DFT Engineer

Job Description

• Development and implementation of DFT architecture
• Design and verification of DFT logic and components
• Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns
• Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support
  
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• At least 8 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog Verification, UVM methodology ATPG tools
• Expertise in Synopsys toolset (Scan insertion, SMS and pattern generation)
• Experience with Mentor tools - Advantage
• Familiarity with ATE
• DDR and PCie testing
• High speed SerDes testability
• Static timing analysis
• Scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
