The Task-at-Hand

• Handling the Israeli entity and the entities worldwide - overseeing accounting functions, monthly reporting packages, and monthly close process.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for the parent company.
• Reviewing VAT returns, tax returns, year-end audits, and other statutory reports in local GAAP for the entities and other local reports.
• Reviewing and approving vendor’s invoices and supporting the AP local team.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems processes, tools, and control systems.
• Provides ongoing day-to-day support with moderate to complex accounting issues and assists in the review of reporting deliverables to assure compliance with the SEC requirements.
• Ad Hoc integration projects.
  
  

• CPA certification
• 1-2 years of similar experience from global hi-tech companies - an advantage
• Experience in the preparation of financial reports based on US GAAP
• Strong EXCEL experience
• High level of English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to details
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
• Self-learner with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
