Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time UI/UX Designer with at least two years of experience. This is a remote position with occasional in-office meetings. The UI/UX Designer will focus on creating user-friendly, visually compelling designs for Warmy.io and AnyBiz.io. The role involves developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, enhancing the overall user experience while maintaining brand consistency. Proficiency in Figma is preferred, and artistic drawing skills, as well as Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency, are considered an advantage.

• Design and enhance user interfaces for Warmy.io's deliverability solutions and AnyBiz.io's B2B outreach platform.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user needs, product requirements, and feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business and user objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and optimize UI/UX design across both platforms.
• Implement design systems, maintain brand consistency, and ensure visual cohesion.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative design ideas to Warmy.io and AnyBiz.io.

• Experience: 2+ years in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or B2B products.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma (advantage).
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Artistic Skills: Knowledge of artistic drawing is a plus.
• Research: Experience with user research, testing, and feedback loops.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Creative thinker capable of translating complex requirements into simple, effective designs.
