About the Job

We are expanding our team to support the growing business of the company. We are a small company, building a unique platform for improving, explaining, and monitoring ML models. We are looking for a talented full-stack developer to join our Tel Aviv office (located next to Azrieli train station).

The role includes (but not limited to) designing and implementing the backend infrastructures; optimizing performance and scalability; and supporting the frontend developers.

Technical Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience as a software developer
• Main technologies in use: 
• Backend: Python, FastAPI
• Computation: Java, Scala, Spark
• Frontend: JavaScript, React.JS
• Ops: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible
• Strong software design skills, production-level coding, performance optimization, and debugging
• Experience with algorithms implementation
• Deep understanding of big data architectures
• B.Sc. in Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts - advantage
• Experience with communications concepts (e.g. sockets) - advantage
• Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies - advantage
• Close familiarity with Linux environment - advantage

• Must be able to lead tasks and collaborate with other developers
• Must be a team player as well as effective in an individual capacity
