We are looking for a Product Manager for the Commerce Department

:The role includes

Responsibility for leading the development, upgrade, and implementation process for a system managing tourism products. Ensuring the product international market needs, complies with the technological and business requirements of the clients, and supports the best user experience for hotels and their staff

:Main responsibilities

                   Product Development Leadership: Manage all stages of the product lifecycle

                    Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders: Work closely with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product progress according to market demands

                     Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research on existing tourism product management systems, understand technological trends, and identify opportunities for product improvement

                         Understanding Customer Needs: Work with hotel teams domestically and internationally to understand specific needs and tailor systems to support management and operations

                    Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

                       Problem Solving: Manage issues, provide technical support, and monitor user complaints to ensure continuous improvements

:Required Skills

                    Product Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software

                 Knowledge of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry: In-depth understanding of hotel management processes, including booking systems, customer service, resource management, etc

                     Technical Understanding: Knowledge of SaaS technologies, APIs, and cloud management systems. Experience in transitioning from legacy systems to new platforms is an advantage
