Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end performance improvements from architecture to production, including design, configuration, coding, and deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain back-end distributed systems, focusing on architectures, data

models, and communication protocols.

Implement solutions to enhance performance and scalability, utilizing monitoring and performance testing tools.

• Optimize and refactor existing systems to improve performance and maintainability.
• Debug complex issues across various application layers, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Mentor and advocate for coding standards and best practices within the engineering team.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in C/C++ development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining back-end distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and query optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues through profiling, code analysis, and tuning.
