Clinical Project Manager

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team at Ramat HaChayal. This is an office-based role with key responsibilities in supporting clinical research projects and managing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client billing, ensuring payments align with project progress
• Manage payment tracking and project progress
• Open tasks for employees on approved projects
• Provide support for EDC (Electronic Data Capture) systems
• Prepare price quotes for clients
• Perform clinical data review and medical coding
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for clients conducting clinical trials

Requirements:

• High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field
• Proven experience in clinical research or project management
• Familiarity with EDC systems is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

This is a full-time position based in our Ramat HaChayal office.
