Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Manual QA Engineer to join DeepKeep as our first dedicated QA team member. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems, working closely with the product team and team leaders to identify, document, and troubleshoot issues on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the QA processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manually test front-end and back-end systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate daily with the product team and team leader to review, prioritize, and address reported bugs and system issues.
• Identify and document defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing to validate that resolved issues remain fixed.
• Contribute to product design reviews by providing input on potential user experience issues or risks.
• Continuously improve QA processes as the company grows, ensuring efficient issue detection and documentation.
• Work closely with the automation team to understand automated test results and prioritize manual testing efforts in areas where automation is not yet implemented.

Who We're Looking For:

• A detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.
• Experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of how to replicate and document bugs effectively.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like ReactJS and backend technologies such as FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, and NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to collaborate daily with product and development teams to ensure the stability of our AI security products.
• Knowledge of agile development practices and experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual QA or related fields.
• Experience in identifying and documenting bugs, testing web applications, and working with development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
