Position Overview:

• Global Event Management: Take full responsibility for managing critical incidents involving Israeli travelers across various destinations worldwide.
• Direct Communication with Insured Individuals and Their Families: Maintain consistent and direct contact with the insured or their families, providing both professional and personal support.
• End-to-End Incident Coordination: Oversee all phases of an incident, from initial report to successful resolution.
• Coordination and Deployment of Rescue Teams: Work directly with contacts and rescue teams in various global locations to ensure efficient and accurate rescue operations.

Position Requirements:

• Operational/Intelligence Experience: Officers with proven backgrounds and the ability to work under operational pressure are highly preferred.
• Decision-Making Under Pressure: Expertise in making quick and informed decisions during emergencies.
• Deep Understanding of Traveler Dynamics: In-depth knowledge of the travel world and the challenges it presents.
• High-Pressure Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with individuals in emergency and high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Social Media: Strong knowledge and experience in operating social media and other communication tools.
• Languages: Mandatory - Strong command of English; Additional languages are an advantage.
