Assistant Controller

Position Overview:

This unique opportunity offers a combination of accounting and business responsibilities, providing hands-on experience in financial management and real estate transactions. As an Assistant Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, gaining insights into the intersection of accounting and business strategy. This full-time position is based in Tel Aviv near the Hashalom train station.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial and Accounting:

• Oversee ongoing accounting and bookkeeping processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and accounting procedures.
• Assist the Controller in collaborating with external auditors.
• Liaise with partners and vendors, both locally and internationally.

Qualifications:

• CPA and BA in Accounting – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Passion for real estate and finance.
