Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Preparation and reporting of the company’s financial statements and operational sector.
• Monthly/quarterly/annual financial closure (according to IFRS), ensuring compliance with timeline targets of the parent company in Germany.
• Management of the monthly closing process for the company’s operational sector.
• Preparation of internal monthly reports for management and departments – budget vs. actuals.
• Creation of presentations for senior executives (Finance).
• Reporting to the parent company abroad (publicly traded) using various systems.
• ROI analysis.
• Preparation of tax reports.
• Management of the insurance framework.
• Handling of ongoing tasks.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Reporting skills
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing financial data
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
