Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in the International Division of Berta LTD in Ashdod. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support - mainly on the accounting and financial side, through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
• Experience in the bridal or fashion industry is a plus
• Native-level English proficiency
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
