Business Analyst Team Lead

The vets is actively seeking a talented Business Analyst Team Leader responsible for guiding and managing our dedicated Business Analyst team. The ideal candidate should have a background in data analysis and management. In this leadership role, you will lead the team, oversee pilot projects, manage product research, and share professional feedback with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team specializing in product analysis.
• Support integrations and lead data-driven optimization.
• Work closely with multiple interfaces to maintain business needs.
• Identify training needs for the team and own personal development processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving our product supported by quantitative data analysis.
• Analyze and manage data at a large scale to derive actionable insights.
• Plan and oversee the delivery of concrete information to development and product teams.
• Guide pilot projects, ensure their success, and develop winning strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an analysis role in a tech company.
• 2 years of leadership or managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Tableau
• Ability to handle and navigate high-pressure situations effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
