Director of Product

You will play a key role in transforming strategy into actionable plans and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership and business units, leveraging their insights on market and customer needs to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap.

- Lead the Product Team: Oversee and mentor the product team, ensuring high-performance delivery and strategic alignment.

- Drive Product-Market Fit: Continuously refine the product to meet market demands by utilizing customer insights and monitoring industry trends, ensuring a responsive feedback loop to seize new opportunities.

- Lead Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to develop innovative features that enhance user experience and increase engagement.

- Customer-Centric Execution: Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand customer needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into product development.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align product delivery with go-to-market strategies by working closely with relevant teams to ensure cohesive execution.

- Product Operations: Manage processes and tools to drive operational efficiency and streamline workflows in product development.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights from business units to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and adjust execution strategies for optimal product performance.

Key Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 3 years in a startup environment, preferably in the most recent role.

- Proven experience in refining product-market fit through a customer-centric approach.

- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling first-to-market SaaS products.

- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

- Proven track record in building and executing product roadmaps from concept to launch in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Strong understanding of customer feedback processes and translating user insights into impactful product features.

- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of KPIs and product metrics to guide decision-making and improve performance.

- Passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges within the real estate industry.

- Experience with AI-powered platforms.
