Technical Recruitment Coordinator

SQLink group is Looking for a Technical Recruitment Coordinator to join our team!

Our office is located in Ramat Gan (close to a train station) and the role is full-time (hybrid).

We provide professional training and guidance.

Responsibilities:

-Source and screen resumes from various platforms

-Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and fit

-Match candidates to suitable job openings within the tech industry

-Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes

-Maintain and update candidate records in our database

-Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as part of a team
• Immediate availability - a significant advantage
