Test Automation Specialist

Data and AI Platform Development team is looking for a automation tester to join us in Raanana.

In this role, the tester will plan and develop new automation for Data-based product that use cutting-edge technologies such as big data technologies, Spark, Springboot Java microservices deployed on Kubernetes/Openshift/AKS/EKS, Kafka, cloud native services on AWS/Azure and security aspects related such as TLS, encryption of data, etc.

Requirements

• Required 6 to 8 years automation testing experience .
• Good knowledge of Python, Python testing framework and Java.
• Basic working knowledge on Spark streaming, Kafka, SQL and NOSQL DBs
• Proven experience with Data Lakes and Apache Iceberg.
• Good to have knowledge of testing Analytics and ML applications.
• Good Working Knowledge of Cloud Technologies – Azure / AWS
• IT management experience in projects of smaller / similar size - Planning and Execution
• Experience in SW testing/ Testing tools & methodologies/ Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Very Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines with Docker containers on Kubernetes.
• Excellent exposure to latest Automation tools, Backend Automation and driving automation teams.
• Hybrid work model – in-office attendance in Ra'anana is required for 3 days per week.
