Munters Israel is looking for Tier 4 Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

• Maintain and support customers that are using operating programmable controllers
• Remote and hands-on support
• Working with R&D and engineering department on product troubleshooting and improvements
• Solving technical problems across multiple technologies
• The job is in Petach Tikva offices
  
  

• 2 years of experience with customer support – advantage
• Education and experience in computers, networks communication, IT and electronics - must
• Linux knowledge is an advantage
  
  

• Team player
• Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
• Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment
• High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
• Ability to independently complete solution implementations
