Tier III Support and Implementation Specialist

In addition. Pathlock more recently announced the acquisition of CSI Tools, a Belgium-based GRCM provider, and Germany-based SAST SOLUTIONS, a holistic solution provider for hardening SAP environments.

Responsibilities:

• Work in the complete Implementation cycle involving Requirement Gathering, Design Documents, System Integration Testing (SIT), Deployment and Production support.
• Preparation of project related documents
• Performing Client server and product installations and configurations
• Writing Test scripts for performing SIT
• Creation & Configuration of various IAM workflows
• Perform Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reporting to Local Implementation Manager
• 3-5 Years in similar position

Qualifications:

• Hands on experience working with a variety of software products in production environments, especially Windows Servers and MS-SQL - MUST
• Basic knowledge of various ERP applications - SAP, Oracle EBS, SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft - MUST
• Knowledge and experience in tools like IAM, IGA, IGI, IDAM, SAP GRC - MUST
• Ability to write scripts, regular expressions, SQL queries, etc.
• Knowledge in SQL, Request forms, Workflows, HTML
• Client-focused attitude
• Experience in end-to-end implementation cycle – Requirement gathering, technical design, Build, SIT, UAT, Deployment & maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic network concept & SSO concept
• Knowledge of basic cloud concepts including Cloud Infra Inter Connectivity Knowledge
• Strong Knowledge of Network Protocols (Ports, Firewall, VPN, Etc...)
• User Access Review (UAR)-Access Certifications, Campaigns, Emergency Access Management (EAM) and User Access Management (New, Change and Terminate)
• Segregation of Duties Concepts, Rulesets and Configuration
• Knowledge of Custom Reporting Configuration
• Must be Fluent or speak a High Level of English
