Head of Analytics

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Analytics to join our team and lead our data division!

This hybrid role involves managing a team of six skilled analysts who handle top-level analytical and technological work. The ideal candidate will drive the development of effective and efficient data analysis solutions, communicate actionable insights, implement new technologies, and manage task allocation across the technology function.

You’ll be at the forefront of customer acquisition efforts, defining key customer metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding the company to achieve its performance goals. This role also involves collaborating across departments, supporting multiple stakeholders, and providing strategic recommendations to managers and teams throughout the decision-making process.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and interpretation (Marketing/ Business/ Product).

Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of analysts.

Proven track record of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

High proficiency in SQL.

Experience with BI visualization tools for large datasets (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Experience working with data warehouse/data lake tools such as Snowflake, Athena, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Knowledge of Python.

Experience building ETL processes – an advantage.

Knowledge/Experience with ELK stack and Grafana – an advantage.

High level of English.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply them to optimize performance.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
