Microsoft Systems Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage key Microsoft infrastructure systems.

- Lead end-to-end customer support and solutions implementation.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience managing and implementing Microsoft infrastructure, including customer support and end-to-end solutions.

- Extensive hands-on experience with GPO, Active Directory, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services.

- Proven ability to manage and set up RDS/TS farms with load balancing.

- Strong expertise in Windows Server OS (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning) is essential.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (licensing, configurations, and policies).

- Advantageous: Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware & Hyper-V) and public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).

- Familiarity with backup tools is a plus.

- Significant advantage for candidates with integration company experience.

- Strong service orientation and rapid troubleshooting skills.
