Security Architect Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Security Architect Manager to lead a team of senior cybersecurity architects. This role is ideal for a professional with over 8 years of experience in network and cloud security, combined with at least 2 years of leadership experience. You will collaborate closely with C-level executives, overseeing architectural security strategies, risk assessments, and providing expert guidance across a range of advanced cybersecurity functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of senior cyber architects, overseeing strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of security architecture.
• Design and implement secure, large-scale organizational networks, ensuring robust controls, OS hardening, and network device protection.
• Partner with senior executives to drive strategic security initiatives and manage risk.
• Architect, implement, and manage secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring alignment with best practices in cloud security.
• Oversee and optimize security controls, including AV, EDR/XDR, DLP, device control, and identity management with OKTA.
• Implement and monitor SOC, SIEM, and SOAR solutions, ensuring efficient security event management and incident response.
• Conduct security risk assessments and provide consultative guidance on organizational risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 5 years focused on securing large organizational networks.
• 3+ years in a team leadership role within cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with key security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017) and SCADA/ICS systems security.
• Proven expertise in SaaS security, including vendor risk assessments.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with an ability to convey complex security concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred:

• Experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or equivalent role.
