The product integrates electrochemical, mechanical, and electrical technologies. The company is seeking an experienced and skilled Production Technology Scale-Up Lead to guide this transition by identifying and validating manufacturing technologies and establishing production lines with technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Technology Identification and Validation

Lead the search, assessment, and validation of advanced manufacturing technologies crucial for scaling up production from lab to industrial scale.

Production Line Establishment

Oversee the technical setup of production lines for key components like electrodes, membranes, and stack assemblies, ensuring they align with process specifications and maximize operational efficiency.

Process Scale-Up

Direct the transition from laboratory-scale processes to high-volume, continuous production, optimizing technical procedures at every stage.

Experimentation and Process Testing

Design, implement, and assess experiments to validate new technologies and improve production processes.

Technical Documentation and Budgeting

Develop detailed work plans, manage budgets, and produce comprehensive technical documentation to support production activities.

Supplier and Subcontractor Management

Define technical requirements, and manage suppliers and subcontractors, both domestically and internationally, from the RFI stage to project execution.

Quality Control and Process Optimization

Establish quality standards and procedures, oversee quality control, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Team Leadership

Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and production line staff, fostering collaboration and technical growth.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in process industries, with a proven track record in identifying manufacturing technologies and establishing high-volume production lines.

Documentation and Planning

Strong skills in technical documentation, experimental planning, and budget management.

Supplier and Subcontractor Management

Extensive experience in managing technical and administrative supplier relationships across domestic and international partnerships.

Team Leadership

Proven ability to build and lead technically proficient teams, driving collaboration and productivity.
