What You’ll Do:

• Market Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies to boost Elfi-Tech’s brand awareness and position our products effectively within the medtech space.
• Product Launch Planning: Collaborate with product and sales teams to plan, manage, and execute successful product launches, aligning campaigns with the company’s strategic goals.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, identify opportunities, and gather insights on competitive products, ensuring our solutions meet market demands and stand out.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and clinical teams to translate technical product features into compelling marketing messaging that resonates with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Content & Campaign Development: Develop high-impact marketing content and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media, to drive engagement and product adoption.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, clinical partners, and industry influencers to enhance Elfi-Tech’s brand reputation and foster customer advocacy.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and effectiveness in reaching target audiences.

Who You Are:

• You have experience as a Marketing Manager in the medtech or healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of marketing principles and product launch strategies.
• Familiarity with cardiovascular or diagnostic technologies is an asset, enabling you to communicate the value of our products effectively to healthcare professionals.
• You are well-versed in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies, and you bring a data-driven mindset to optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with the U.S. healthcare market is a plus, equipping you to tailor marketing approaches that meet regional needs.
• You are passionate about technology and healthcare innovation, with a vision of how marketing can drive meaningful changes in patient care.
