Software Engineer Team Leader

A hi tech company in Tel Aviv is looking for a dynamic and experienced Software Engineer Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Recruit, empower, and develop team members.
• Design scalable, flexible, and maintainable architecture.
• Collaborate with other teams.
• Establish software engineering processes and standards
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, preferably in startup settings.
• 3+ years of team lead responsibilities
• Strong experience in back-end technologies, including Python, Docker, AWS systems, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as message queues.
• Experience in developing multi-threaded/tasking applications.
• Proven ability to design scalable and highly available systems.
• Front-end development experience, preferably with Angular 2+.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments.
• In-depth experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development.
  
  

• Experience with computer vision systems and AI-driven products.
• Familiarity with video systems, including streaming and media servers.
• Knowledge of technologies such as GitLab, InfluxDB, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PyTorch, and AWS services (SQS, CloudFront, Lambda, EKS).
