Your Role:

Moderate and review various content types, such as videos, news, and social media profiles.

Score and categorize content on criteria like age-appropriateness, policy adherence, and brand guidelines.

Apply content policies accurately across all digital formats.

Actively participate in wellness programs and ongoing training.

Escalate cases that require further assistance or impact performance metrics.

Uphold security and confidentiality protocols.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Fluent English (C1) and Hebrew (C1) with excellent grammar and communication.

Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of social and political contexts in Israel and Hebrew-speaking regions.

Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a highly empathetic approach.

Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation within the last year.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
