We are looking for a QA Automation Team Leader to lead our System Integration QA Automation Team.

What will you do?

Work with a fast-paced development team to provide periodic automated testing of new and existing product features and take ownership on the product quality.

Plan, build and manage end to end automation test plans & infrastructure

Define and implement QA practices and processes to ensure the product quality and reliability

Manage a team of automation engineers and provide professional mentoring and leadership to ensure excellent quality

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the QA Automation Team ensuring they have the technical skills, commitment, procedures and tools. 

Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects.

Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management 

Train, mentor and lead the professional growth for team members on quality assurance procedures 

Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues 

Stay up-to-date on new product development and changes to existing products 

Plan and lead testing initiatives to ensure software releases exceed requirements 

Take ownership of quality health (e.g. testing coverage, performance, best practices, etc.) 

Requirements

3+ years of proven experience in leading and managing QA automation teams

3+ years of test automation development experience

Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and test management tools

Strong analytical skills, passion for solving complex problems

A team player who knows how to get things done and enriches the people around him/her

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver high-quality software products.

3+ years of Coding experience in Python

Advantage

Experience with testing APIs

Strong understanding and hands on experience working with Cloud native services on GCP, AWS or Azure

Experience with UI automation framework (such as Cypress, Selenium, etc.)

Experience with non-functional testing – Performance, Security, Availability, etc.

Experience with BigQuery, PubSub, GKE, FireStore
