Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and analytical Commissions Analyst to join our FP&A team at Gravyty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing commission structures, ensuring accurate and timely payments to sales team, tracking performance, training managers on different elements of compensation plans, assisting with sales compensation design processes and providing standardized reporting. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and provide insights that drive sales performance.
This position is based in Ra’anana, and we work Mondays to Fridays, a hybrid model, Monday and Thursdays in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end commission calculation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments to sales team based on performance metrics and compensation plans
- Generate and analyze detailed reports on commission structures, payouts, and trends to provide transparency and insights to management
- Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement, providing insights that support strategic decision-making and sales performance improvement
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales personnel regarding commission policies, procedures, calculation methods, and any changes to commission structure
- Conduct regular audit of commissions calculations and processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls; identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Serve as primary point of contact for sales teams inquiries related to commissions and/or payouts, resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and HR to develop, implement, and refine commission plans that align with business objectives and motivate sales performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to commission structures and incentives to recommend improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent/Native level English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commission analysis or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and incentive plan design is an advantage
- Knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations related to compensation is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce - an advantage
