Financial Analyst

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will help optimize the company's financial performance by analyzing expenses and revenue, providing valuable insights, and contributing to decision-making processes. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with data, has strong Excel skills, and enjoys collaborating with different teams to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analysis: Analyze expenses, revenue, and budget variances, identifying trends and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Collaboration: Work with different teams and senior management to assess financial impacts and align financial goals with business strategies.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Reporting: Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Tableau, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
  
  

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, PPE or other quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost management. Experience in a fast-paced or tech environment is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• A natural problem solver with the ability to turn complex data into easy-to-understand insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating on projects.
• Experience with NetSuite or other financial software is a plus.
