Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Faye, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing the vision for our products, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences for both travelers and internal teams. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including R&D, design, communications, CX, and claims—to drive innovation, solve real user problems, and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of travelers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch of your own product squad, managing sprints to drive impactful product releases.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user behavior and app data to inform product direction and optimize the customer journey.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with design and CX teams to streamline both customer and internal workflows, ensuring a seamless product experience.
• Define Clear Specs: Write detailed specifications and requirements for the development teams, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• User-Centric Research: Conduct user research to uncover pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and create solutions that enhance user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and market trends, ensuring product alignment with business goals.
• Performance Metrics: Define key metrics to measure product success and continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across departments to ensure smooth integrations and feature launches, fostering collaboration between R&D, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management with a strong track record of launching successful web products, mobile applications, and back-office systems in a B2C environment.
• Analytical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as MixPanel, FullStory, or similar to drive informed product decisions.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-focused tech products aimed at the American market.
• Agile Leadership: Expertise in agile processes and working with global, cross-functional teams in collaborative environments.
• Third-Party Coordination: Proven ability to manage third-party integrations and ensure seamless feature releases.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-Starter: Demonstrated initiative, with a bias for action and the ability to work independently.
