Senior Product Manager

One of our clients, a fast-growing B2D company, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager.

The company is revolutionizing how developers monitor cloud-native applications, helping organizations scale more effectively. The team provides critical insights to improve troubleshooting, aiming to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences in complex systems.

The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product vision for their next-generation observability solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead market research, prioritize product requirements, and guide development to ensure the delivery of high-quality features. Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and observability technologies will be key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prioritize product requirements and collaborate with design and engineering teams.
• Lead the development of intuitive user experiences and drive improvements in customer conversion and engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends related to observability and cloud-native applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Previous hands-on development experience is required!
• Experience in startup companies is required!
• Strong technical background in cloud-native architectures and observability technologies.
• Experience with tools and systems designed to help developers and DevOps teams gain deep insights into the real-time state of applications and infrastructure.
• Proven success in delivering complex software products, ideally in the SaaS space.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and SQL is an advantage.
